ビットクラブ2018年1月再度メンテナンス実施予定？
インターネット見た英語の記事なんですが、ここで簡単に翻訳します。
2017年12月24日にビットクラブのウェブサイト再開しましたが、まだ複数不具合とイシューが存在しているようなので、対応しなければ。。。
※ 残余 無限ボーナス（ビルダーレベル以上）
11月27日から無限ボーナスの支給が出来なくなっています。現在対応しており、修正後に未支給分まとめて支払います。
※ チーサイクルボーナス（2017年12月15日～）
12月にビットクラブのウェブサイトオフラインの日から、チーサイクルボーナスが一切支給されていません。この不具合修正後に未支給分まとめて支払います。
※ サポート
現在、サポートシステム利用できていません。これは新しいシステムの不具合と判明しました。システムの負荷増えないようのため、暫らくサポートチケット作成しないようにお願いします。
※ 2要素認証イシュー
一部のユーザーは2要素認証用のPINコード受け取れない問題があり、このイシューがすでに開発チームに報告されています。修正完了までに、2要素認証のリクエストを1回送信してからお待ちしてください。30分以上返信これない場合は、システムがクラッシュされるかもです。
なので、2018年1月あたまくらいに、システム再度メンテナンスを実施して、すべての問題１００％対応できるまでに、数日時間かかる可能性がありますので、ご了承ください。

TEAM Update 27.12.2017
A few updates that were brought to our attention
* 1% Infinity Bonus
* Binary Cycle Bonus from 15.12.2017
* Support System
* 2FA Pin Emails
Even though BCN website has been back since 24.12.2017, there are still some glitches and issues that need to be dealt with and are being dealt with by the programmers.
* Infinity Bonuses (for Builders & above only)
Some people have probably noticed that there has been no infinity bonus since November 27th of Dec, this issue is known and the problem is being resolved and of course all bonuses will be back dated and paid from the date they stopped.
* Cycle bonus from 15.12.2017
On the day when the website went offline, the Cycle Bonus was not paid out and has not yet been paid either. this too is known and will be paid once the programmers have rectified the glitch.
* Support
Support is currently NOT available, there was a problem with the programming of the new support system, PLEASE hold fire on writing more tickets as this will only clog the system further.
* 2FA pin issues
Some members including myself have been having issues not receiving the Pin when requested, this has been reported to the programmers too and is being worked on, for now please only request this once and wait, if you do not receive this re request this after 30 min as the server are getting clogged up and crashing.
Please note, early January the website will be taken down for a few days to fix everything to work 100% again…
